To ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality resources and support our team in creating more content, we’ve made the decision to offer two options for accessing our library. With your help, we’ve been able to evolve and create an abundance of valuable resources to serve you and our community better. Our project has come a long way since its launch in 2018. Yoga is an ancient art that has been practiced for centuries. Perhaps you get an image of flower children from the 60’s sitting in a circle with their legs in impossible positions chanting Ohm around a huge candle in a poorly lit room. Breathe freely and mindfully, and stay in this pose for 30 seconds. Turn your gaze forward, looking just over the middle finger of your right hand.
